Ms. Larrissa Johnson, MPA, Residential Energy Program Manager, Energy, Climate & Compliance Division, Department of Environmental Protection, gave a talk on “The Residential Energy Program in Montgomery County” on March 17th, 2021. The talk was presented via a WebEx Virtual Meeting.

Ms. Larissa Johnson is the Residential Energy Program Manager for Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection. Prior to receiving her MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs she worked predominantly in the field of nutrition, physical activity, and chronic disease prevention and what she gleaned through her work is that the environment is at the center of literally everything we do in life. She has been focusing on energy for the last ten years and is passionate about helping residents lower their utility bills and keep money in their pockets.
