Mr.David Frank gave a talk on “”Hazardous Waste Management” on November 20th, 2019. The talk was presented at EJ’s provision in Laurel, MD.
Mr. David Frank is the Recycling Planning, Policy, and Regulations Manager for the Recycling and Resource Management Division of Montgomery County’s Department of Environmental Protection. He has been with Montgomery County since May 2013. Prior to joining the Recycling and Resource Management Division, Mr. Frank was a senior environmental consultant for 14 years with Eastern Research Group, Inc., providing technical and outreach support to the U.S. EPA’s solid and hazardous waste management programs. He also served as an Information Specialist for two years on the U.S. EPA’s RCRA, EPCRA & Superfund Hotline. Mr. Frank holds an M.S. in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Johns Hopkins University and an M.A. in Science, Technology, and Public Policy from The Elliott School of International Affairs (The George Washington University). He earned his B.A. at Williams College.
